Booking Protection

Service Description

Booking Protection applies per child ticket only. If you book multiple children, you need to purchase Booking Protection for each child you want covered. Adult tickets do not require Booking Protection to be rescheduled.  Booking Protection allows you to reschedule for any reason, up until the start time of your session. If your session has already started, or you are a no-show, you can no longer use Booking Protection. If you show up on time or late for your play session Booking Protection cannot be used or refunded. You may reschedule once only, and your new booking must fall within 3 months of your original session. A new date must be selected within 7 days of notifying us.
