Ticket and Entry Terms and Conditions 

All customers purchasing a ticket to play at Minilopolis are subject to acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully the Terms & Conditions before purchasing any tickets or booking parties.

Changes to Bookings, Transfers & Cancellations

1.1 All children playing at Minilopolis must purchase a ticket that entitles admission to the play area for a play session.

1.2 All children admitted to Minilopolis must hold a valid ticket obtained via our website’s online booking system. Tickets cannot be purchased at the door.

 

1.3 All customers with pre-booked tickets will receive an email confirmation along with a booking reference which acts as proof of purchase. Please check you have received this email following the purchase. Your booking reference is required upon arrival as proof of purchase to gain access to Minilopolis. We take no responsibility should you not receive this email due to reasons outside of our control e.g. junk or spam filtering.

1.4  The person purchasing tickets accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of every visitor and is responsible for ensuring these Terms are communicated to and followed by visitors attending.

1.6 Each ticket allows one adult to join the child during the play session. An ‘adult’ is considered a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years entering with a child. Additional adults must purchase a separate ticket.

1.7  All tickets purchased are non-refundable. If you wish to change /transfer your booking, you must contact us by email at minilopolis@gmail.com giving us 24 hours' notice prior to the start time of the original pre-booked play session and you will be offered the opportunity to move your booking to an alternative date within the same event and of the same value. Tickets that are booked for specific events such as Halloween, Christmas, etc must be used within that same week. Only bookings made for the last day of the event can be rescheduled to a regular play session. Normal play session tickets can be moved to another play session within that same month. 

1.8 Ticket prices may change from time to time and our booking systems will be updated accordingly.

1.9 If it happens that a session has less than 4 children booked, Minilopolis reserves the right to cancel the session. In this circumstance, the client may either get a refund or reschedule the booking to another day.

This applies to both Events as well as autism-friendly play sessions and regular play sessions. 

2.0 In circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel a Ticket. We will do our best to notify you as soon as we become aware that this is necessary.  All bookings are non-refundable, if we are required to close our event on the date of your visit due to circumstances beyond our control including Coronavirus restrictions we will contact you as soon as is practicable and you will be able to use the ticket purchased to another event organized by Minilopolis. 

2.1 Covid documentation and restrictions apply according to the current guidelines of the event happening.

Play Sessions

2.1  Minilopolis sessions are 90 minutes long. Minilopolis parties have 90 minutes long.

2.2 You are asked to arrive at Minilopolis no sooner than 5 minutes before your play session starts. Visitors will not be permitted to play until their play session begins.

2.5 Customers who arrive after the start of their play session will be required to leave at the end of their play session as per their booking.

2.6 All visitors, including visitors who book a back-to-back session, must leave Minilopolis at the end of their play session and come back once their second session starts.

2.7 Following each play session Minilopolis will close for 30 mins to allow the staff to tidy, clean, and reset role play areas for visitors for the next play session.

2.8 Please note that although we will do our very best to avoid any incidents, there might be instances where the children cause unwilful harm to others. 

Autism Play Sessions

Minilopolis Rules 

2.1  Minilopolis autism play sessions are 60 minutes long. 

2.2 You are asked to arrive at Minilopolis no sooner than 5 minutes before your play session starts. Visitors will not be permitted to play until their play session begins.

2.5 Customers who arrive after the start of their play session will be required to leave at the end of their play session as per their booking.

2.7 Adults must accompany the children at all times.

2.8 Children attending these sessions will be sent a program so that they can be prepared ahead.

2.9 Please note that although we will do our very best to avoid incidents, there might be instances where the children cause unwilful harm to others. 

3.0 Adults accompanying the children may bring anything that soothes the children, such as ear defenders, chewies etc...


 

3.1 Minilopolis is strictly for children up to  6 years old. If a ticket for an older child is booked, Minilopolis reserves the right to refuse entry.

3.2 Everyone attending Minilopolis is expected to be respectful towards staff as well as other guests.

3.3 No bullying is tolerated

3.4 Adults may not make use of children's equipment. Such as sitting on childrens' chairs or  riding on cars.

3.5 Any damages must be paid for.

3.6 Accompanying adults are responsible for the children at all times, and children must be supervised.




3.7 Morning Slot starts at 10am till 12:30pm. Afternoon Slot starts at 1:30pm till 4pm.

3.8 Minimum number of guests is 10 with 2 adults per child invited. If client booked more than 15 children then the client is only allowed to invite 1 adult per child. Excluding the birthday child. The maximum number of children allowed to be invited is 20.

3.9 All children invited to the party must be up to 6 years old.

 

4.0 Children who are not invited to the party and are above the booked quantities, such as siblings and are up to 6 years old, may join the play session during the party and must pay a fee of eur 20, which is the fee charged for regular play sessions. These children will not have food served as they were not booked as part of the party.

4.1 If party has reached the maximum limit of 20, no other children may enter the village to play even if these are under 6 years old.

4.2 Children who are not invited to the party and are over 6 years old may not enter the village and play.

4.3 Party bookings include food and drinks for the children only. Adult packages may be booked separately.

4.4 Client is allowed to arrive just 30 minutes before the party starts to decorate the party area. Our staff helps out with decorations.

4.5 Party is 2.5 hours long. 1.5 hours of playtime and 1 hour for eating the food, cake cutting and serving of cake. The client must make sure that guests have left by the time the 2.5 hours have passed so that the client may start taking off the decorations. 

4.6 Minilopolis staff will take care of the cleaning after the 2.5 hour party has finished.

4.7 Deposit is required for booking confirmation. By paying the deposit client agrees to the terms and conditions sent by email together with the quotation given.

4.8 All guests must adhere to Minilopolis policies during the private booking. Failure to do so, Minilopolis reserves the right to ask non compliant guests to leave the premises.

4.9 Children are to be supervised by accompanying adults at all times.

5.0 Minilopolis assumes no responsibility for the damage or loss of any articles left on Minilopolis property. Any items left behind will be held at Minilopolis for pickup for up to two (2) days after the event.

 

Failure to adhere to the above rules, staff have the right to politely request guests to leave the session without a refund. This is done to make sure that all guests at Minilopolis, enjoy their time, feel safe and also protect our equipment.
