Cancellation Policy
As per our terms and conditions, tickets cannot be refunded or cancelled. To reschedule a ticket, kindly contact us at least 24 hours prior to your booking time and rescheduling is subject to availability. Please ensure to book the correct play session for your age group. Children over the age designated for the play session, will be refused entry and ticket will not be refunded.
