  • Are there any age restrictions to Minilopolis?
    Minilopolis is designed for children between 1 and 6 years old.
  • Are tickets refundable?
    All tickets sold are non refundable, however you can transfer a ticket to another person. In an event where the activity is cancelled due to anything beyond our control (such as COVID-19 measures), ticket can be used for another event.
  • Are the children supervised whilst playing?
    We do make sure that Minilopolis is a safe place that the children can enjoy, however an adult must supervise the child at all times. Children may not be supervised by other older children but adults only.
  • How long is a session?
    Our sessions are 90 minutes long. Other events organized by Minilopolis may vary.
  • Are strollers allowed in the village?
    No, to keep the village as clean as possible, you are kindly required to carry babies in carry cots or a sling and leave the strollers in the foyer.
  • Are food and drinks allowed ?
    No, to ensure the cleanliness of the village, as well as the health and safety of everyone, you are kindly requested to not bring in any food and drinks inside the village.
  • Is there a limit on how many people can book for a play session?
    Yes, to ensure that everyone enjoys there experience at Minilopolis, we do have a limit of how many people can book for a session. Once a session has reached its limit we will not add anyone else for that session. We will however keep you in a waiting list, just in case we have a cancellation.
  • What happens if I arrive late?
    If you are late for your play session, you are still required to leave the village at the end of the session.
  • Is there a lift?
    Yes, this is accessible from the street at ground floor and you need to go one floor up to enter Minilopolis.
  • Is there any parking available?
    We do not have a parking area, and you are required to park in the street, however there is usually plenty of space available to park.
  • Do I need to show a COVID-19 certificate at the door?
    As per current guidelines from Health Authorities, no, adults do not need to show a valid COVID-19 vaccine certificate.
